Finca Cumbre de Copey is located in Copey de Dota, very close to Santa María de Dota, San José, on the southern fringe of Costa Rica's Central Valley and capital city. At an altitude between m.a.s.l. with variable topography between semi-flat, undulating and with slopes up to 60% slope.

Currently this farm, in the agricultural area, commercially produces fruits such as Berries, Sweet passion fruit, Peach and Avocado among others.

Likewise, it has an area of reforestation with plantations over 7 years old, with species such as Cypress, Pine, Jaul and Eucalyptus. However, in natural forest areas, the owners have preserved spots of Encinos forest.

This property has technical studies for wind production and hydroelectric power, and the results for electrical production using the wind were excellent, exceeding the minimum established averages.

The farm has transitable internal roads throughout the year and allows to drive all over the property. The property infrastructure also includes the following:

3. 1 Warehouse plus office of 300m2
4. 1 Warehouse of 500m2.
5. Structure of 280m2 as a bedroom for 14 employees.
