This property is located in one of the neighborhoods of San Jerónimo de Moravia, with access from Moravia or from Paracito, and towards Route 32.

It is a quiet, secluded area with a cool climate. The interior space is integrated, dining room and kitchen, and then there is the living room. It has two bedrooms and a bathroom. Also in the back there is a terrace, the sink and the laying area.

The ceilings are high and cool, with full ceilings in PVC clapboard material, with skylights in the kitchen and bathroom. The main and rear doors are made of wood. The windows are at a height of 45 cm, and the frames are made of aluminium. The electrical system is tubed.

The house was remodeled in 2018. The floors are ceramic imitation wood. It is completely built in concrete, including the divisions (except for the back walls that are made of precast slab).

Vehicles are entered on the west side of the property; one can be kept indoors and the others can be parked on the concrete tracks. It also has an electric gate for vehicular access.

Behind there is a lot of green space, at a higher ground level than the level of the house, but with separation to avoid humidity issues. From the back you can see the mountains and the Irazú volcano.
